Ancak depremin merkez \u00fcss\u00fc Kahramanmara\u015f olmas\u0131na ra\u011fmen, ilk aya\u011fa kalkan ve hayat\u0131 normale d\u00f6nd\u00fcren \u015fehir oldu. Elbette bunda y\u00f6neticilerin, g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc devletin, Ak Parti iktidar\u0131n\u0131n katk\u0131s\u0131 b\u00fcy\u00fck oldu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Bir Yeniden Do\u011fu\u015f Hik\u00e2yesi<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aradan ge\u00e7en s\u00fcrede \u015fehir, adeta bir Anka ku\u015fu gibi k\u00fcllerinden do\u011fdu. Y\u0131k\u0131n sembol\u00fc Ebrar, yerinde d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm hikayesiyle Anka Toplu Konutlar\u0131 ismini ald\u0131. &nbsp;Tabi \u015fehir yaralar\u0131n\u0131 sarmakla kalmad\u0131; daha g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc, daha planl\u0131 ve daha modern bir yap\u0131ya kavu\u015ftu. Geni\u015fleyen yollar, yenilenen altyap\u0131 ve \u00e7a\u011f\u0131n ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131na cevap veren \u015fehir planlamas\u0131yla Mara\u015f, ge\u00e7mi\u015fin ac\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 gelece\u011fin umuduna d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcrd\u00fc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bu d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fcn merkezinde ise Toplu Konut \u0130daresi Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve Emlak Konut yer ald\u0131. Binlerce kal\u0131c\u0131 konut, k\u00f6y evleri ve sosyal ya\u015fam alanlar\u0131 k\u0131sa s\u00fcrede y\u00fckseldi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kahramanmara\u015f\u2019\u0131n yeniden in\u015fas\u0131 sadece betonarme yap\u0131lardan ibaret olmad\u0131 elbette. \u015eehrin ruhunu olu\u015fturan tarihi dokular da titizlikle aya\u011fa kald\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131. As\u0131rlard\u0131r ayakta duran camiler, konaklar ve k\u00fclt\u00fcrel miraslar restore edilerek ge\u00e7mi\u015fle gelecek aras\u0131nda g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir k\u00f6pr\u00fc kuruldu. \u0130\u015fte bunlardan birisi de tarihi Ulu Cami oldu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bu s\u00fcre\u00e7te \u015fehir, modernle\u015firken kimli\u011fini kaybetmeyen nadir \u00f6rneklerden biri haline geldi. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc Mara\u015f, bir k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn, direncin ve dayan\u0131\u015fman\u0131n ad\u0131yd\u0131. Bo\u015funa Kahramanmara\u015f olmad\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Yeni Kahramanmara\u015f, yar\u0131n\u0131 da d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnerek in\u015fa edildi. Depreme dayan\u0131kl\u0131 yap\u0131lar, planl\u0131 yerle\u015fim alanlar\u0131 ve g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc altyap\u0131 sistemleriyle \u015fehir, benzer felaketlere kar\u015f\u0131 daha diren\u00e7li hale getirildi. Geriye sadece Nam\u0131k Kemal Mahallesi, Tekke gibi mahalleler kald\u0131. Buralar da in\u015fallah kentsel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcme tabi tutularak, \u015fehir b\u00fcsb\u00fct\u00fcn yenilenmi\u015f olur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bug\u00fcn gelinen noktada Kahramanmara\u015f, 6 \u015eubat \u00f6ncesinden bile daha d\u00fczenli, daha g\u00fcvenli ve daha ya\u015fanabilir bir \u015fehir olma yolunda ilerliyor. Bir te\u015fekk\u00fcr\u00fc de B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediye Ba\u015fkan\u0131 F\u0131rat G\u00f6rgel hak ediyor. \u015eehrin ve neredeyse t\u00fcm il\u00e7elerin alt yap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 yenileyen Ba\u015fkan G\u00f6rgel, ta\u015f\u0131n alt\u0131na b\u00fct\u00fcn g\u00f6vdesini koydu. Tabi Ba\u015fkan G\u00f6rgel, sadece \u015fehrin imar ve in\u015fas\u0131na katk\u0131 sunmuyor. Ayn\u0131 zamanda k\u00fclt\u00fcrel de\u011ferlerimize de \u00f6ncelik veren Ba\u015fkan G\u00f6rgel, tam bir halk adam\u0131. \u015eehre yeni bir y\u00fcz katt\u0131.
